NIC Teaming Software issue

There have been several customer reports of the Cyfin application stopping while proxying traffic using machines that are incorporating NIC teaming software.
This situation has been resolved by removing the teaming software from these machines and Wavecrest would like to release the following statement:

Since Network Adapter Teaming is only provided by Hardware Vendors (i.e. not supported by Microsoft), Wavecrest is currently not providing any support for this technology. As a result, Wavecrest may ask that you temporarily disable or remove Network Adapter Teaming software when troubleshooting issues where the teaming software is suspect. If the problem is resolved by the removal of Network Adapter Teaming software, then further assistance must be obtained thru the Hardware Vendor.
